IT’S CHRISTMAS IN THE YEAR 2018; IT’S TIME TO SUGGEST SOMETHING JUST A TAD BIT DIFFERENT.

To us, the yearly Christmas Lunches are all about having the chance and occasion to chat with our colleagues, our friends, our families. And about returning home to share the story and feeling of how fantastic a workplace and life we have.

It’s on the other hand not about poor food, being stuck at tables and boring office lights. So let’s shift that around just in time to make it a better 2018 ;)

EXPLORE THE ENCHANTED ROOMS OF THE VILLA AND BE AMAZED BY A DELICIOUS CULINARY BANQUET OF SURPRISES.

We have divided 6 courses of great food served in fun ways and accompanied by matching drinks into 3 acts and distributed them in a manor from 1918.

ACT I: Expect a welcome drink and interactive appetizer in the lounge, before being comfortably seated for two courses and drinks in our living room.

ACT II: Then it’s time for your quizzes, speeches or best sporadic dance moves, but of course food can entertain. So in our wintergarden our team will help you bun your own duck and from the ballroom you can pop outside for a smoke and a sausage.

ACT III: Finally everything has a sweet flirty end. Before we say our goodbye, there will be cake and rosé, so you don’t go hungry before your next destination no matter if it’s home or Bopa Plads next door…

 

THE CHRISTMAS MENU 2018

  1. FISH ON FIRE

Fried and marinated salty herring, dill, onions, horseradish, rye bread
served with biodynamic, local cider

2. FISH ON SMOKE

Codfish, red cabbage, pear, jerusalem artichokes, sour cream
served with saké

3. MEAT ON EXPLOSIVES

Prosciutto cotto (ham poached with bay leaves), celery, miso, apples, braised leek
served with Weingut Brand, Pfalz, Pinot Blanc Natur

4. BUN YOUR OWN DUCK

Bao buns, braised duck, cabbage, cucumber, almonds, coriander
served with homemade snaps and beer

5. SAUSAGE TO DANCE

Homemade “medister”, mustard, pickles, green-cabbage
served with Ch. Terre Forte, Cotes du Rhone “Rouge!”

6. THE SWEET FLIRTY END

Greek orange-cake with cinnamon and mousse with seeds, vanilla and almonds.
served with Ferme du Mont Benault, Anjou, Strawberry Fields, Rosé

 

ALL THOSE PRACTICALITIES

Dates: November 29th - December 22nd. Only one company per night so hurry…
Location: Villa Kultur - Krausesvej 3, 2100 Copenhagen. Possibly at other locations if available.
Time: 17.30 - 23.30.
Amount: at least 15 people, max 45 people. That’s for the Villa location.
Price: 850 per person excluding moms/tax.
