With our Final Dinner ticket you get a great shared dinner prepared by our guest chef Christian Gadient from Brus (before that Spontan and Marchal, Hotel d’Angleterre) and enjoyed together with a bunch of great wild wine makers. Be ready for a social and festive outdoor final dinner with a menu inspired by traditional Sunday shared meals.

  • Fried Cod with Tomato, Puffed Wild Rice and White Wine Sauce 

  • Pork Shank, Sauerkraut, Mustard and Salad with Avocado and Cashew Nuts 

  • Geranium Ice Cream with Berry Compote, Crystallised White Chocolate

The ticket comes together with our tasting throughout the day of 100+ wines before dinner so remember to show up early. If you are still in need of more wine for the dinner, it’ll be sold by the glass and bottle for coins and cards in our garden bar.

With the included festival tasting ticket you get access to try out 100+ different wild wines guided by the producers, importers and the very regular customers themselves on Saturday August 4th from 2-7pm. There will be live music, a wine label workshop and additional food and drinks for sale; all in the garden of Villa Kultur.

Be aware that Vild Vin Festival is less of a tasting and more like a wild skydive into a world of sometimes strange, sometimes complex, sometimes surprising wines. We aren’t much into formalities, white tablecloth or certifications but very much into tasting wine until you can do so no more…
